Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1944) was an American actor, voice-over artist and writer. Through her almost five decades of career she had earned more than a hundred credits on her resume. Pleshette was born in New York and began her stage career as an actor. Then she decided to gradually move to the big screen. The most notable films are "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter','If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium,' and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. In addition, she has appeared in numerous television shows and films. She was awarded the award of four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Having been nominated twice, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for the film 'The Birds'. Her death in 2008 led to an award posthumously conferred to her Star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
